These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and your purchase and use of the MIROSH KITCHEN digital cookbook from the seller, Pinchuk Anhelina (Tax Identification Number 3867502708).

Product and service

MIROSH KITCHEN is a 42-page digital cookbook containing 40 recipes and supplied as a PDF file. This is a digital product only; no physical item is shipped. The product description, contents and current price are displayed on the website before purchase.

Ordering and payment

Orders are paid through the secure WayForPay checkout. Available payment methods may include Visa and Mastercard bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other methods displayed by WayForPay at checkout. The final amount and currency are shown before the buyer confirms payment. An order is accepted once the payment is successfully authorized.

Electronic delivery

After successful payment, the buyer receives an email containing a link to access or download the cookbook. Delivery is automatic and normally takes place within a few minutes. The buyer must provide a valid email address and check the spam or promotions folder. If the link has not arrived within 30 minutes, the buyer should contact us at miroshcheff@outlook.com. No shipping fee applies.

Cancellation

An unpaid order may be abandoned without charge. If a buyer wishes to cancel a completed transaction before the download link is delivered, they should contact us immediately. Once access to the digital product has been supplied, cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.

Digital product license

Purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download and use one copy of the cookbook for personal or household use. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, reproduce for commercial use or claim the content as their own.

Recipe and allergy notice

Recipes are provided for general informational purposes. Buyers are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and adapting preparation to their health needs, equipment and local food-safety guidance. Results may vary. MIROSH KITCHEN is not a substitute for medical or dietary advice.

Intellectual property

The cookbook, photography, design, text, brand and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
